1. 14-Day Free Sandbox Period
ScaleSphere offers an unrestricted 14-day free trial on the Growth plan with no credit card required. We encourage all customers to thoroughly test automation flows, multi-agent inbox handoff, and sandbox channels prior to purchasing a paid plan.
2. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time through your dashboard with zero penalty or cancellation fees. You will retain full access to all features until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
3. Annual Plan 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you upgrade to an annual plan and find that ScaleSphere does not meet your technical expectations, you may request a 100% full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date by emailing scalesphereconnect@gmail.com.
4. Meta Direct Conversation Charges
Because Meta WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta (or passed through at exact 0% markup), conversation fees consumed by Meta cannot be refunded once delivered.
5. Full Data Portability Upon Cancellation
Cancelling your plan does not forfeit your customer records. Before closing your account, you can export your entire contact directory, message audit logs, and lead analytics to CSV format free of charge.
